Please use the 'contact us' icon at the bottom right of our webpage. This genertaes a customer service ticket & your o high priority to get this resolved ASAP. You can also e-mail & call not a problem, but the ticketing system is our preferred method now as we prioritise this channel.
Q. What are my postage options & which couriers do you use?
Generally we use Royal Mail for most orders, this includes international orders. Royal mail partner with different postal providers so for instance if your in the USA your order will be delivered by USPS.

Q. I'm not sure if I ordered the right item?
Please check your e-mail with details of your purchase or log in to your account to see your order history.
Q. How do I know which size strap to order?
Simply take a metric ruler and measure the distance between the watch lugs and record measurement in millimetres.
Be mindful not to measure your existing watch strap if you feel the strap may have shrunk in the case of leather.
Some straps have a number on the underside denoting size as well.
Q. I have ordered the incorrect size or have been sent the wrong size?
We double check our orders at time of despatch but if your item is wrong, be it your fault or ours we will of course sort it out for you as quickly and stress free as possible under our return/exchange policy.
Q. Do watches come with a warranty?
We offer a 12 month warranty on all watches purchased through our site this will be either from the manufacturer themselves or through us.
Q. Do you have promo codes or offer any discounts?
We do release promo codes from time to time, please follous on on our social media platforms & subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on new product releases as well as discounts.
Q. I have a Nato colour design, can you guys produce it?
We are always interested and appreciate hearing your design ideas. For a custom print order we would however require a significant amount in terms of quantity.
Whatever your ideas it's good to share them and we're accessible via traditional contact methods as well as our social media platforms.
Q. Do I need to register for an account to purchase?
We have 2 options at checkout. You can checkout as a guest or you can create an account. If you're thinking of coming back to us then creating an account is a great way to monitor your orders as well as any items you have saved to your wishlist.
We will also be offering loyalty schemes for all customers with accounts.
Q. I am a re-seller do you offer trade accounts or wholesale prices?
For business sellers we are able to offer our products on a wholesale basis as well.
